Early Intervention Services

Early Intervention Services (EIS) provides intervention services to children ages birth to three with disabilities or developmental delays.  EIS stresses full inclusion.  This family centered program focuses on an individual family service plan, which prescribes services as dictated by the unique circumstances of each family.  Services include, but are not limited to, speech and physical therapy, adaptive technology, occupational therapy, special instruction, service coordination, and supportive family services.  In addition EIS links families to nursing services, audio logical services, nutrition services, health care, medical service for diagnosis and evaluation, psychological services, social work services, transportation, and vision services.

EIS offices are located in the Goodwill NCW campus in Menasha
