Bob Pedersen has been President and CEO of Goodwill NCW since 1991. A
graduate of North Park College (Chicago) with a degree in communication
and psychology, Pedersen has 34 years of non-profit leadership
experience with the Pinellas Association for Retarded Children (St.
Petersburg, FL), the Brown County Association for Retarded Citizens
(Green Bay), and Goodwill NCW.
Pedersen was a member of the 1999-2000 class of Frances Hesselbein
Community Innovation Fellows of The Peter F. Drucker Foundation, where
he was mentored by both Hesselbein and Drucker. He was also appointed
as a member of the 2001 class of Stanford University Community
Innovation Fellows. He is past president and board member of
Rehabilitation Facilities of Wisconsin and has been surveyor and
consultant for CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission. He is
a member of the Goodwill Industries International Council of Executives,
and was a finalist for the presidency of Goodwill Industries
International in 2001.
He
has served on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries
International, has been a member of the boards of several Fox Valley
non-profit organizations, and is a member and past president of the
Appleton Rotary Club. |

Nancy Coonen
Chief Information Officer
Nancy Coonen joined the
Goodwill NCW staff in 1991 as director of its ACTION! Employment and
Training program, and was appointed Director of Information Technology
in 1999. She became Chief Information Officer of Goodwill NCW in 2002.
Coonen has both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in education from
UW-Whitewater. She has held management positions with Badger Business
Products and DataAge Solutions, Inc., and also has experience as a high
school and technical college instructor. |

Scott Copeland joined Goodwill NCW in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer –
Retail and Logistics with a rich background in management, strategic
planning, operations, negotiations, staff development and system
implementation. A graduate of UW-Oshkosh, Copeland held numerous
management positions during his 26 years at ShopKo Stores, Inc.,
advancing to Senior Vice President – Store Marketing. From 1996-98 he
was General Manager - Manufacturing Industry for Schneider Logistics, a
division of Schneider National, Inc., Green Bay.

Kristine Hackbarth-Horn is Chief Operating Officer for People at
Goodwill NCW. A human resources professional with 14 years of
experience, Hackbarth-Horn has worked for Chesapeake Consumer Products
Company and Central Products Company, and was Corporate Human Resources
Director at both Dunsirn Industries, Inc. (Neenah,WI) and KI, Inc.
(Green Bay, WI). She has a degree in management and communications from
Concordia University, and joined the Goodwill NCW team in January, 2004. |

Karen Laws is Chief Operating Officer – Marketing, Development and
Community Relations, and has been with Goodwill NCW since 2002. A
graduate of UW-Madison with a degree in speech and communications, Laws
was an NBC Network News producer in New York for nearly 20 years.
Returning to the Fox Valley in 1985, she was a producer at the NBC
affiliate in Green Bay and did independent film production before
joining Fox Valley Technical College as Director of Public Relations and
Marketing in 1991.

Jackie Draws is the Chief Financial Officer
and has been with Goodwill since 2002. She started with Goodwill as the
Director of Finance and became the CFO in 2007.
In
her role she is the leader for both the Finance and Environmental
Services Teams.
Jackie is a CPA and had ten years of public
accounting experience prior to joining Goodwill.

Keith Wilk
Chief
Operating Officer--Programs & Services
Keith Wilk has been
with Goodwill NCW for the past 15 years, and is currently Chief
Operating Officer – Programs and Services, responsible for the efficient
and effective operation of 24 Goodwill programs. Wilk has both a
Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from UW-Stout in Vocational
Rehabilitation. Prior to Goodwill, Wilk had 10 years of program
leadership and management experience with several agencies, including
Unified Health Services (Manawa, WI), The Achievement Center
(Worthington, MN), and Black River Industries, Inc. (Medford, WI). |
