The Career Pathway Training Program offers a way for you to receive paid, on-the-job training as you kickstart a career within a field that fits your interests and provides opportunities for advancement. Our partnership with the Green Bay Packers organization focuses on filling key positions on the Atrium/Events teams.
This program is currently recruiting candidates to fill two positions:
Job Coaches: to work alongside and mentor participants who are developing job skills on-site at Lambeau.
