Taylor started her journey with Goodwill NCW in 2009 as a School-to-Work participant, and became a full-time team member in 2010. In February of 2022 she was elevated to Employment Coach.

Tina has been elevating team members and participants since 2006. First as a Contracts Floor Leader with Contracted Services, working with 30 individuals with varying abilities helping them learn work skills through the completion of contracted work from local businesses. Then, in 2021 Contracted Services morphed into a new program, Community Connections, which was created to integrate team members and participants inside local businesses, which Tina leads.

Many people think Goodwill is just a place to drop off your used stuff you no longer need but it is so much more than that, it’s an organization that changes lives for the better!” – Tina

In 2006 Tina started her journey with Goodwill NCW coaching 30 individuals as they completed contracted work for local business and gained hands-on work experience. In 2021 she was elevated to lead Goodwill NCW’s Group Supported Employment program which integrates team members and program participants into local businesses.

Kayla joined the Goodwill NCW team in 2013 as a Case Manager with job coaching responsibilities before being elevated to Senior Case Manager in 2015. In 2016 Kayla became the Project SEARCH Program Leader and was elevated in 2020 to Manager of Mission Relations.
