After completing the Project LIFE program, a program dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities gain valuable job experience and prepare for meaningful employment, Bobbi Jo found a “fresh start in life” by securing a job at the Rib Mountain Goodwill.

Bobbi Jo’s hard work paid off. Store leaders noticed her great work ethic during her time in the program and encouraged her to apply for an open Customer Experience Specialist position. After going through the hiring process, Bobbi Jo “got the job”.

Through hands-on training and support, Bobbi Jo has been able to overcome challenges and achieve her goal of getting a job. Her job has allowed her to become more independent and has helped build her financial skills.
