We will automatically waive the fee if the client’s household current income is less than 150 percent of the poverty guidelines updated periodically in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the authority of 42 U.S.C. 9902(2), as adjusted from time to time, for a household or family of the size involved in the fee determination. No one is turned away if they cannot afford to pay. Please contact us at 800-366-8161 for your voucher number so you can complete your free online process. Interpreters provided upon request when needed for non-English speakers and the hearing impaired at no cost. There is no additional fee for generating certificates. We do not receive or pay any referral fee for the referral of students to us. We receive some financial support from the United Way and some grant support. We do not disclose information about students, except as required. For example, we may share information with the United States Trustees during their oversight, investigation of a complaint, during on-site visits or if required during a quality of service review.
Students will be asked to provide proof of their identification, to sign in and out of the course, and to provide their bankruptcy case number. Students will be asked to complete a course evaluation at the end of the course. When students successfully complete this course, we have an obligation to promptly give them a Certificate of Completion. Students receive a certificate only if they complete the course.

We will send a certificate to the student, upon completion of an instructional course, no later than three business days after completion of the instructional course, and shall issue certificates only in the form approved by the United States Trustee and only from the Certificate Generating System maintained by the United States Trustee.

Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of a Provider’s services.
