MENASHA, WI – Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (Goodwill NCW) recently elected new members to its volunteer board of directors. The board of directors is made up of local leaders who govern the nonprofit organization and ensure its mission of Elevating People by Eliminating Barriers to Employment advances in communities across north central Wisconsin.
New board members elected to serve a four-year term include:
- Paul Belschner, President and CEO, Base Companies
- Laurie Butz, President and CEO, Capital Credit Union
- Mike Lutz, Retiree
- Jake Williquette, CFA, Senior Vice President, Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley
Goodwill NCW’s Board Chair, Christyn Abaray, Chief of Staff at Lawrence University, Chris Hess, President and CEO at Goodwill NCW and the entire board are leading the organization into year two of its 2023-25 Strategic Plan, which focuses on expanding the organization’s mission impact.
“The local insights and ongoing governance from the dedicated community leaders who serve on the board will continue to be critical as Goodwill NCW innovates to offer employment services to meet the needs of our communities,” Abaray said. “It is an honor to focus on how the power of work can transform lives with my fellow board members.”
Goodwill NCW would like to thank outgoing board members Gary Lichtenberg and Gregg Curry for their years of service on Goodwill NCW’s board of directors. Both were elected as honorary board members in recognition of their contributions.
