Meet Seth

Seth first came to Goodwill NCW though the Pre-Vocational program, and about a year and a half ago began his journey toward becoming a team member at the Grand Chute Goodwill store. He built new skills, increased his hours, and even took on weekend and closing shifts to prepare for the role.
We are proud to announce that Seth was officially hired as a team member on November 1st, 2025!

Each week, students arrive ready to build skills like teamwork, responsibility, and customer service that align with their individual goals and help prepare them for future employment. This partnership not only empowers students to grow in confidence and independence but also inspires the Goodwill team by bringing their mission to life every day.
