Whether starting something new or looking for a better opportunity, we help people navigate from job training to employment and gain the confidence needed to succeed.
How Career EXCELerate Supports Participants
- Develop Career-Ready Skills
Build job skills with hands-on training, personalized coaching and resume support.
- Support Job Placement in Career Pathway
Get help connecting with local employers and finding a job after you complete training.
- Provide Ongoing Support
Receive continued support throughout training and your first three months of employment.
The program offers individualized support to participants throughout their journey, from exploring career interests and building new skills to connecting them with local resources like childcare and transportation and assisting in securing employment. In some pathways, participants have increased their hourly wage by more than $11 after completing training.

Healthcare Skilled trades Retail
Pathways vary by certification and typically run from one week to one semester.
Some options may include age or other eligibility requirements.
Participants must live in one of the counties we serve.
