Pick-Up FAQs
Through ReSupply's fee-based all-in-one pickup service, you are covering the costs of the fuel; professionally licensed and insured haulers; possible recycling services; and the transportation needed to find your items a new home.
Absolutely! ReSupply will try to pick up any and all of your items regardless of their condition. While we strive to accept every item that supports our mission, we can't always take every item. ReSupply automatically offers items that we do not/cannot accept to other local non-profits. If the item/s are too broken, or not able to be accepted they will be ethically recycled.
Please note that there may be additional fees for any items that are recycled or disposed of.
Yes! Once your items have been successfully donated, you will receive a link from ReSupply to your electronic tax receipt. You can print the receipt or download it to your computer for your records. If you have any questions about filling out the tax receipt, do not hesitate to contact the ReSupply support team!
Their licensed and insured haulers can pick up your items anywhere within your residence, including up and down stairs.
ReSupply offers professional disassembly. Their haulers are equipped with the training and tools to disassemble any of your items for removal.
Goodwill NCW Donation Drop-Off Options
Goodwill NCW also offers convenient drop off locations for your gently used items. Every donation help power what’s possible in our community.
