DIY Chalkboard Glasses Project Steps
Supplies needed:
- Drinking glasses made of glass
- Rubbing alcohol
- Cloth or cotton pads
- Chalk paint
- Sponge paint brush
- Painter’s tape
- Chalk

Prep your glasses by cleaning them with rubbing alcohol. This will help the paint stick best.

Tape off where you want to paint on the glass stem.

Apply 2-3 coats of chalk paint, allowing the layers to fully dry between coats. Preserve your paintbrush while coats of paint dry by putting it in a plastic baggie.
Optional: Apply chalk dust to speed up the drying process.

After the paint is completely dry, write whatever names or messages you’d like on your glasses in chalk. Enjoy!
