Career EXCELerate Wisconsin launched as a collaboration between Goodwill NCW, Fox Valley Technical College and Rawhide Youth Services, offering individuals facing employment challenges access to a no-cost career training program with wraparound support, thanks to a Workforce Innovation Grant.
