Earns third straight Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplace award
Menasha, Wisconsin – Goodwill North Central Wisconsin (NCW) has been awarded the 2026 Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces honor by Gannett Satellite Information Network — the third consecutive year receiving this recognition based on team member feedback. The honor follows Goodwill NCW’s recent selection as a 2026 New North Workplace Excellence Award winner, which recognizes organizations that leverage people practices to drive business success.
Earlier this year, Goodwill NCW also earned the prestigious 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces national award for the second consecutive year. This award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures.

This year, the Northeast Wisconsin Top Workplaces award recognizes only 11 organizations with more than 500 employees in Northeast Wisconsin. In addition to winning a Top Workplace award in the “Large Business” category (500+ employees), Goodwill NCW was also awarded a special “Managers” award”, based on employees’ responses to specific questions in the survey.
